Membership Eligibility Requirements:

Resides in, or has principle place of business in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mexico, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or Texas
Is of sound moral character
Is a member of the SOA, CAS, AAA, etc (see Constitution for full list), or has at least three years experience and at least three SOA exams, or has at least three years experience and operates in an actuarial signatory capacity, or has at least five years of experience and sound knowledge of calculating basic actuarial quantities.
